Terms of Service

When you place an order on our website your payment will be processed immediately. If a plant you ordered can’t be shipped when requested, we’ll contact you and let you choose one of the following options:

  • Refund
  • Ship your order when the plant becomes available
  • Substitute the plant
Shipping destinations

We don’t ship outside the continental United States or to AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, NM, NV, OR, and WA due to agriculture restrictions.

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address when placing an order as we are not responsible for additional costs to reship or redirect packages when the wrong address has been entered.

Shipping time frame

If you don’t provide us with a future shipping date when placing your order, it will be shipped within 7 days of receiving it. During extreme weather events, like heat waves, hurricanes, and deep freezes, we may postpone shipping. If this happens we will let you know.


We guarantee our plants to be healthy, ready for planting, and correctly named. We are not able to guarantee whether a plant will grow in your garden as there are too many circumstances that are beyond our control.

On rare occasions, a plant shipped dormant may fail to emerge from its dormancy. If this happens, please let us know.

If you are concerned about a plant, contact us within 14 days. If we can’t help you make it grow, we’ll send you a new plant or issue a refund.


Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of plants, they can’t be returned for a refund. If your plants arrive damaged or you are unhappy with them, please let us know straight away.

Cancelling an order

Both you the customer and Growing Wild Nursery have the right to cancel an order. If a canceled order has already been packed for shipping, a 10% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund.

Website information

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is correct, but we are not responsible for mistakes. Please use the information as a guide as plants may grow differently in other parts of the country and we can’t guarantee how they will perform for you. We are also not responsible in the event of any injury to a person or animal from ingesting or handling our plants.
