Terms of Service

When you place an order on our website your payment will be processed immediately. If a plant you ordered can’t be shipped, we’ll contact you and let you choose one of the following options:

  • Refund
  • Ship your order when the plant becomes available
  • Substitute the plant
Shipping destinations

We don’t ship outside the continental United States or to AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, NM, NV, OR, and WA due to agriculture restrictions.

We are not responsible for your plants not arriving if the wrong address was entered when placing an order. Any costs to ship new plants or redirect packages will be the customers responsibility.

Shipping time frame

The week of shipping is displayed when placing an order. During extreme weather events, like hurricanes, intense heat waves, or deep freezes, we may postpone shipping. If this happens we will let you know.


We guarantee our plants to be healthy, ready for planting, and correctly named. We are not able to guarantee whether a plant will grow in your garden as there are too many circumstances that are beyond our control which includes not adequately watering plants until they get established.

On rare occasions, a plant shipped dormant may fail to emerge from its dormancy. If this happens, please let us know. If you are concerned about a plant, contact us within 14 days. If we can’t help you make it grow, we’ll send you a new plant or issue a refund.


You can return your plants if you no longer want them once they arrive. To receive a refund (minus 20% restocking fee) the plants must be returned in good condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. 

Order Cancellation
  • If you cancel an order a full refund minus 4% (the amount the credit card companies charge us even if the transaction is canceled and refunded) will be issued within 24 hours
  • If you cancel an order and the plants have been pulled for shipping or nursery pick up, there is a 20% restocking fee
Website information

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is correct, but we are not responsible for mistakes. Please use the information as a guide as plants may grow differently in other parts of the country and we can’t guarantee how they will perform for you. We are also not responsible in the event of any injury to a person or animal from ingesting or handling our plants.
